We are looking for a AWS DevOps Engineer to join our DataHub team, where you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our AWS-based infrastructure.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with essential AWS services, cloud security, and cost management practices.
Mission / Role / Skills:
Experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS services, strong proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (Terraform), mastery of system security, Docker, Git, S3, and FinOps…
Required Skills:
- Excellent command of AWS services including, Kinesis, EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB,Lambda, ECS , and other key components.
- Strong proficiency in deploying infrastructure using Infrastructure As Code (Terraform / Gitlab).
- Solid skills in system security and managing security policies in a cloud environment.
- Expertise in Docker and container orchestration.
- Mastery of Git best practices for source code management and continuous integration.
- Experience with FinOps to optimize costs related to cloud infrastructure AWS.
- Experience with the Prometheus / Grafana monitoring stack is a plus.
Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer:
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy Infrastructure As Code (Terraform) and CI/CD stacks (Gitlab).
- Ensure the security and compliance of systems by implementing robust security policies and practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Owner, Scrum, dev , python dev) to meet business needs and to build the infrastrure with hight requirement
- Monitor and maintain existing systems, ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently.
- Manage and optimize costs related to cloud infrastructure through FinOps practices.
Profile:
- Quality-conscious and pragmatic approach to code.
- Proactive, take initiatives, and propose improvements.
- Assist teams in deploying and accelerating their skills in AWS tools.
