Role overview:
Allianz is seeking a highly skilled professional, who will work as a technical expert, responsible for the development and run of the integrated reporting platform. The integrated reporting platform will connect data from various sources/systems, and it will provide vital IT KPIs to Allianz and its OEs. The scope of this role is initially to the design, development, and implementation of an integrated reporting platform and then maintain and run the platform as a service, while enhancing platforms capabilities based on Group/OE demands. The person responsible for this position will be a central point of collaboration with vendors, support project planning & execution, gather stakeholder requirements and ensure successful delivery and maintenance/run of the platform from the tea
What you do
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Azure services and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Collaborate with relevant entities, departments and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation and cleansing processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and improvements.
- Alignment and collaboration with Service Management team in context of related DevSecOps processes
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards using Azure (e.g. Azure Functions, Synapse, MS Fabric) and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry or similar domain.
- Certification in Power BI or Azure-related technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologie
