About the Job

As a Domain AI & Intent Architect at Allianz Technology, you will shape how business intent is defined, structured, and prioritised for BMP product localisation and rollout. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts, architects, and delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are unambiguous, outcome‑focused, and ready for AI‑assisted engineering workflows.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong business analysis skills with architectural thinking and who want to influence scalable, sustainable delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

What You Do

Elicit and structure business requirements together with domain experts and senior stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, business rules, constraints, and outcome‑based acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritise scope based on business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.
Identify and resolve ambiguities, conflicts, and gaps in requirements early.
Act as the main interface between business, architects, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment across all parties.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and support sustainable localisation decisions.
Enable AI‑accelerated delivery by providing well‑structured intent suitable for AI‑assisted development.
Review and validate delivery outputs from a business and intent perspective.

What You Bring

Strong background in Business Analysis in complex enterprise environments.
Experience in insurance domains, preferably Retail and/or Claims.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across organisations.
Strong prioritisation, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and solution design.
Hands‑on experience working with AZ Forge in delivery or rollout contexts.
Practical experience collaborating with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) and understanding how intent impacts AI‑generated outputs.
Strong communication skills in English.
