About the Job
As a Reporting Expert withing Central FP&A function you will play a strategic role in reporting and steering of the financial performance of the company. You will participate on key reporting deliverables towards several stakeholders and perform various financial analysis to support critical decision-making of Senior Leadership.
What you do
- Create and deliver comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for multiple stakeholders on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor Actuals versus Plan and Forecast , collect and analyze drivers of KPIs deviations and propose corrective measures in order to effectively steer the Month-end-closing from the Company’s global perspective.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within Finance pillar as well as with Business, IT and Overhead functions.
- Provide recommendations to drive the achievement of long, mid, and short-term targets withing company’s Financial processes and Finance Re-foundation program initiatives.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve guidelines, methodologies, and processes for Controlling, Reporting and performance management.
What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial controlling, FP&A, Reporting or Accounting, preferably in international business environment.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar related field.
- Deep understanding of controlling principles and financial KPIs.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and ability to challenge assumptions constructively as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong expertise with finance systems and tools, particularly MS Excel and SAP FI-CO/BW. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work independently, take ownership of assigned topics, and manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, principles, and their practical applications in financial processes.
