About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Engagement Intern to join our Global Communication and Reputation team at Allianz Technology. As a Strategic Communications Engagement Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic communication efforts by creating impactful employee engagement campaigns that resonate across the organization.

What you do

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with the Global Communication and Reputation team to design and implement creative employee engagement campaigns using various communication channels.
• Contribute to content creation for internal communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and visual communication materials.
• Utilize visual communication tools to create engaging and informative content that supports our engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of engagement campaigns with broader organizational goals.
• Track the effectiveness of engagement campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

What you bring

• Experience in content creation, social media, and visual communication tools.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups and individuals at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting; experience with Excel or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master program; fields of study related to Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
