As Global Talent Acquisition Expert focused on systems and processes, you will play a crucial role in developing, standardizing and improving guidelines and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies. You will also act as business owner for the roll-out of system enhancements and will be responsible for global quality assurance, ensuring that recruiters adopt best practices and comply with global guidelines and processes.

 

What you do

 

  • Develop and refine talent acquisition guidelines and processes to ensure consistency and compliance globally.
  • Be responsible for quality assurance, implement measures to improve accuracy and reliability, and identify and implement improvement measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Analyze recruitment data to proactively identify trends and future needs, as well as areas for improvement related to processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Ensure communication to the Global Recruiting community, creating the space where recruiters can exchange on their best-practices on the usage of tools or new trends or technologies such as AI.

 

What you bring

 

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the area of Talent Acquisition or experience in standardizing and implementing processes and guidelines.
  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Reporting modules and add-on tools such as Phenom AI.
  • Basic knowledge of Employee Central and dataflows between Recruiting and Employee Central would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and derive measures to be implemented in locations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
