BARCELONA, B, ES, 08005
About the Job
As a Group Rollout Coordinator, you will play a key enabling role in ensuring structured coordination, transparency, and alignment across the rollout of BMP and SDW components in local entities.
This role is designed as a supporting and coordinating function, complementing existing line and project responsibilities. You will act as a bridge between global rollout initiatives and local implementation efforts, helping translate global frameworks into locally executable and transparent plans.
Your work will directly support management, global programs, and local teams by providing reliable insights, structured reporting, and financial transparency—without owning delivery accountability.
What You Do
- Support the local rollout of BMP components, including Claims, OPEX, Motor, SDW, and related modules, ensuring alignment between global rollout activities and local execution.
- Coordinate rollout activities across multiple stakeholders, fostering consistency, transparency, and clear communication.
- Structure and maintain rollout timelines, scope overviews, dependencies, and status reporting to enable effective management steering.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and management-ready reports on progress, risks, and overall rollout status.
- Support financial transparency and oversight by consolidating budget views, tracking forecasts and actuals, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial insights.
- Enable bottom-up planning by consolidating local demands and coordinating inputs from local and global stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the rollout approach within Allianz Suisse.
- Act as a reliable point of coordination between management, global programs, and local teams—ensuring up-to-date and consistent information flow.
What You Bring
- Experience in program, rollout, or project coordination within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong capability to structure information, manage dependencies, and provide clear transparency on timelines, scope, and financials.
- Solid understanding of financial tracking and reporting (forecasts, actuals, budget overviews), with a focus on enabling informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to align global frameworks with local realities.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience preparing dashboards and management-facing insights.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style, with a clear focus on transparency and reliability.
- Ability to work in an enabling role, supporting delivery without taking direct delivery accountability.
