About the Job
As Guest Experience Intern you will have a real opportunity to understand how a global company works from the inside — with visibility, direct contact with leaders and a role that sits at the center of everything happening in the office. You'll work in a modern office with an international team and direct access to people across all levels of the organization.
What you do
- Welcome and manage the experience of visitors, clients, and company leaders, acting as the primary point of contact for vendors visiting the office.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, and receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries efficiently.
- Stay on top of the daily meeting agenda, guiding staff and visitors to the appropriate rooms, and manage parking spot assignments as needed.
- Serve as the go-to contact for employees' day-to-day needs, providing operational support and addressing ad hoc activities that may arise.
- Monitor the CAE platform to ensure vendor compliance, flagging the Facilities & Operations team when documentation is expired or missing.
- Propose enhancements to the office environment and overall experience to ensure a welcoming and efficient workspace.
- Perform other operational support activities as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
What you bring
- Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English is a must, with additional languages being highly valued as a plus.
- Genuine service mindset — you understand that experience is everything.
- Organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Eager to learn how a company really works from the inside.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
