HRBP Intern (m/f/d)

About the Job

As HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. 

What you do

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, data analysis and reporting. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement 
• Help manage employee relations issues by conducting research and providing solutions in alignment with company policies 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 
• Participate in performance management processes and talent review sessions.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Willing to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. 
• Passion for people, learning & development.
• Availability to do a 6 month internship from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
