Join Allianz Technology as an IF&IS Contract Governance Officer in Barcelona and take the next step in your career in a dynamic and innovative environment! In this key role, you will support the IF&IS service organization in managing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), coordinating critical risk topics, and maintaining the IF&IS contract repository. You will collaborate closely with Allianz Technology leadership across areas such as Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Risk Management.

What you do
- Provide support to IF&IS service managers to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Assist IF&IS procurement teams in incorporating appropriate contractual clauses related to Data Privacy, DORA, and Information Security.
- Support the resolution of legal, TPRM, or audit-related requests concerning IF&IS contracts.
- Maintain and manage the IF&IS contract inventory/repository to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address contractual obligations and risk-related topics effectively.
What you bring
- University degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with contractual data privacy and security schedules.
- Keen interest in IT services and their associated legal and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights and conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Experience applying generative AI for productivity enhancement and daily work optimization is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
IMPORTANT: This is not a Management/Director/Head-of-Department level position. This is a Junior/Mid Level position! Any profiles mismatching the required seniority level will not be considered.
