About the Job
We are looking for a motivated IT Risk Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead control activities and frameworks for key compliance standards while supporting internal audits, data privacy, and information security processes within our CDC subfunction. You will collaborate closely with governance, risk management, and operational teams across IFS and Allianz Technology
What you do

Lead control activities, including external audits for ISAE3402, ISO27001, and SOC2.

Develop and implement control-related frameworks within IFS.

Ensure efficiency in control implementation by consolidating overlaps.

Serve as the control assurance single point of contact (SPOC) for IFS subfunction CDC.

Communicate control requirements to service managers and product owners in CDC.

Support internal audits and contract governance in CDC.

Lead data privacy assessments for CDC services.

Drive the implementation of Information Security Processes (ARS) in CDC.
What you bring
-
University degree in a field supporting IT Risk Management.
-
2–3 years of business experience in IT Risk Management.

Strong interest in IT services.

Experience with external audit engagements.

Advanced communication and presentation skills.

Self-driven, independent, and proactive “can-do” attitude.

Advanced data analytics skills using standard office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI).

Fluent in English, both oral and written; additional European languages (German, French) are a plus.
