About the Job

 

As an IT Account Manager within the Allianz Global Network (AGN) Customer Excellence/Front-End Service Management team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the AGN service lifecycle and serve as the key interface between Allianz Technology and the Allianz operating entities (OEs) across Europe. Your mission is to strengthen the perception of AGN services by delivering tangible results, managing customer relationships, and ensuring alignment between AGN strategy and customer needs. You will report to the AGN Customer Excellence/Front-End Service Management Chapter Lead based in Munich, Germany.

 

What You Do

 

  • Deliver measurable improvements in AGN service perception (e.g. AES, NPS surveys)
  • Own customer relationship management with key OE stakeholders
  • Address customer requirements and escalations with AGN squads
  • Manage official customer communication on behalf of AGN
  • Align AGN strategy with customer priorities and vice versa
  • Drive AGN marketing and value proposition
  • Manage end-to-end AGN service lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with global AGN squads
  • Manage AGN service KPIs, SLAs, and pricing discussions
  • Support risk, incident, and problem management

 

What You Bring

 

  • Technical background in IT network infrastructure at enterprise level
  • Knowledge and experience with the AGN service portfolio (desirable)
  • Technical certification in the field of networks (e.g. CISCO certifications) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is required
  • Reliable with high precision and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with high resilience, self-organisation, and initiative
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability for international business travel
  • Basic AI knowledge and a genuine interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies
