At Allianz Technology, you will have the chance to work on a critical Solvency II QRT reporting solution, a SaaS platform used by around 700 Allianz Operating Entities worldwide. In this role, you will support users across different countries, ensure smooth regulatory reporting processes, and contribute directly to accurate and timely submissions to BaFin and EIOPA.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with stakeholders in a global environment, and is interested in growing from a technical role towards a more business-facing position.
What you do
- Manage user and role administration within the Solvency II reporting solution, ensuring correct access rights and security controls.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting access issues and handling specific user requests related to the tool.
- Support the preparation and submission of QRT regulatory reports for different closing periods (quarterly and annual).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across all generated report.
- Maintain and update process and system documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact between users, stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support internal service compliance and governance processes.
- Collaborate with a wide range of international stakeholders across Allianz entities.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of finance or economics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with web-based tools and user administration.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Knowledge of AI-based tools for personal productivity and process automation is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global, multicultural team.
- Motivation to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
