About the Job

As an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Intern, you will join the Allianz Technology Infrastructure and Information Security (IF&IS) team, which is responsible for delivering customized, stable IT Security and IT Infrastructure services to the Allianz Group. Our mission is to provide global, shared services, as well as customized regional services to create the future workplace for all Allianz employees.

The IF&IS Governance Team, part of the Infrastructure and Security Services in Allianz Technology, is tasked with maintaining compliance of outsourcing contracts for various Allianz Entities. You will have the opportunity to join this international team located in Barcelona and support their day-to-day operations.

What you do

Assist the IF&IS IT Governance Team with activities related to Contract Governance, including compliance and governance tasks such as updating and completing the IF&IS contract inventory, maintaining and creating Outsourcing Compliance trackers, and supporting the evaluation of supplier documents concerning information security, data protection, and risk reporting obligations.
Support the IF&IS IT Governance Team with activities related to Risk Management, including audit preparations and supporting audits by gathering evidence for tested controls within IF&IS.
Collaborate to maintain records of team activities using Agile Methodology (SharePoint, Kanban, etc.).

What you bring

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Economics, and you are in the last year of your studies.
Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint.
Experience in working with international projects/teams.
A self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated mindset.
High degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
Experience in Policy Development, Compliance Standards, Risk Management, and Audit is a plus.
