Intern in the Regional Finance Department (m/f/d)

About the Job 

For the CTO2 area within Allianz Technology, the Regional CFO function is responsible for all finance & controlling related topics including closing, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax and treasury, etc.

This function acts as the sparring´s partner for the operational CTO Head on all financial topics. Your participation will contribute to key financial insights ensuring high quality controlling, forecasting, and planning.

What you do

• Actively monitor and maintain reports and dashboards reflecting key financials used for planning, budgeting and revenue charging analysis.
• Contribute to the monthly closing cycle activities such as actuals review, reporting and variance analysis versus budget, forecast and plan.
• Assist in ensuring the timely delivery of periodical (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base) financials to various stakeholders with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager – Global Lines in financial analysis and preparation of stakeholder meetings.

What you bring

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
