About the Job

The IT Governance and IT Internal Services Officer is responsible for:

• Supporting the global team in fulfilling the strategic direction and operational excellence of IT services within the Iberolatam region.
• Adapting global IT strategies to local needs, running local project management for COO projects/change initiatives, and maintaining compliance with IT governance standards ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services across Iberolatam.
• Managing and optimizing internal IT services at the local branch level while ensuring adherence to global IT governance policies.

What You Do

• Drive local IT governance by developing and executing IT strategies aligned with Allianz Technology Iberolatam's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with global governance policies while addressing specific local needs and challenges.
• Oversee IT project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Monitor and manage internal IT service consumption at the branch level, initiating clean-up activities as needed.
• Provide insights into branch service consumption to align planning with branch requirements and validate Global Shared Services (GSS) usage.
• Analyze costs and consumption patterns of services consumed by the branch, ensuring effective budget and usage management.
• Promote consolidation into Global Shared Services (GSS) where feasible to enhance operational efficiency.

What you bring

• Extensive experience in IT service management, governance, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess costs, consumption patterns, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to support both global and local teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management, including defining plans and coordinating execution.
• Experience in monitoring and managing IT service consumption to optimize efficiency.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.
