PMO Lead and Communications Coordinator

What you do
-
Implement PMO strategies to enhance project delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide leadership to project managers, monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks and challenges.

Coordinate effective communication among teams, including planning meetings and developing communication plans.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through consistent updates and thorough documentation.

Collaborate with vendor management to align on project goals and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support seamless integration and cooperation.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to project and communication processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience in leading a PMO with successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with vendor management and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
- At least 6 years of experience
