About the Job
Are you a results-driven PMO and Governance expert passionate about operational excellence and strategic impact? Join us as a PMO and Governance Expert – Retail P&C, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the project portfolio within the Business Master Platform (BMP).
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will design and oversee a robust governance framework that ensures consistency, transparency, and control across all Build and Rollout activities. You will combine your strategic vision with strong analytical and financial management skills to provide clear executive insights and operational visibility, enabling data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Delivery Leads, Finance, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure that every initiative aligns with business priorities, drives efficiency, and contributes to the continued growth and success of the Retail P&C organization
What you do

Lead the Retail P&C PMO function, managing the Business Master Platform (BMP) portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Design and maintain a robust governance framework that drives consistency, transparency, and control across all Build and Rollout activities.

Monitor programme health and proactively identify risks, ensuring quality and delivery excellence throughout the portfolio.

Oversee financial planning, tracking, and reporting, providing clear and consolidated insights to support informed decision-making.

Deliver impactful, tailored reporting for both executive leadership and operational teams, ensuring visibility and accountability.

Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Finance, and senior stakeholders to enable smooth execution and governance compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a culture of structure, clarity, and continuous improvement across all initiatives.
What you bring

A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, backed by a passion for driving structure and excellence.

Proven experience leading PMO and governance functions within complex, multi-project environments, where clarity and coordination are key to success.

A solid grasp of portfolio management, financial planning, and performance tracking, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible business value.

The ability to design and embed effective governance frameworks, turning strategy into streamlined, executable processes.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to translate complex data into clear executive insights.

A hands-on, proactive mindset — you’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, matrixed organizations.

Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across international teams.
