People Process and Governance Intern

Are you curious about how a People function operates day-to-day and works behind the scenes, and interested in how HR processes are built and governed to ensure a great employee experience?

Join Allianz Technology Spain as a People Process and Governance Intern and work alongside the People Program and Project Manager in documenting HR processes, assisting with HR data reporting and providing support across people-related projects.

What you do

• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation to ensure clarity, structure and standardization, as well as alignment with internal policies and standards.
• Assist in aligning local processes with global standards, documenting deviations and temporary processes as needed.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of governance and safeguarding frameworks across the People function.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc HR data reports requested by internal stakeholders.

• Provide support in tracking, documenting and coordinating project activities to help ensure their timely delivery.

What you bring 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proficiency level in English and Spanish; any other language is considered a plus.
• Detail-oriented approach, with strong verbal and written communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Basic proficiency in data handling and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in SuccessFactors, SAP and/or Jira are considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
