About the Job
As a PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) Developer you will be responsible for developing software and setting up technical solutions regarding certificate services and their integration in Identity and Access Management solutions. You will be in close alignment with the PKI Architect and Product Owner when defining service offerings and changes.
What you do
- Develop software and set up technical solutions regarding certificate services and their integration in Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Evolution of new encryption features within the PKI service offering incl. e-mail encprytion (S/MIME), secret vault management, certificate lifecycle automation etc.
- Software development including configuration, testing and documentation directly related to global PKI infrastructure.
What you bring
- Degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related areas, or equivalent education/work experience, with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of experience in PKI, IDP, and email encryption (S/MIME), with expertise in X.509 certificates, LDAP, SCEP, OCSP and web application/server technologies.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, MAC OS) and databases (PostgreSQL, Key-Value), including global database replication (cockroachDB, infinispan).
- Knowledge of high availability techniques such as haproxy, global load balancing, and session handover.
- Familiarity with security standards and IAM processes, technical skills in software development and deployment (Java, .Net, GO, Docker), and source code version control (Git, Gitlab).
- Technical expertise in IT security, Identity and Access Management, PKI, and related fields, with openness to new trends and technologies; proven ability to create documentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment.
- Competence in managing tasks in demanding situations, with problem-solving skills based on practice and precedent; ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and teams and support new team members.
