We are a regional recruitment team hiring for a wide range of professional services (IT, Protection & Resilience, Sustainability, Data, Transformation, Operations…). We partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR across countries to fill key roles that support Allianz Group globally.
We are looking for a Recruitment Expert to join our Barcelona office and help us build strong teams while continuously improving our recruitment practices.
What you do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions (IT experts, risk & compliance, sustainability, data, PMO, operations, etc.).
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements, search strategies, and vacancy priorities.
- Ensure compliance with global policies and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Perform active sourcing, design strategies to reach passive talent, and build pipelines for specialized roles.
- Collaborate with headhunters/agencies when needed while ensuring quality and alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and reporting.
- Support regional staffing initiatives related to workforce planning and process optimization.
What you bring:
- Fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including active sourcing.
- Experience recruiting IT profiles and/or expert roles (risk, data, sustainability, operations…).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Results-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and drive candidate-centric solutions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors or similar), plus solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative
- Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
