As the Regional Service Manager – myIT Services (EMEA) at Allianz, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing service delivery within Spain while aligning with the broader EMEA region. Based in Spain, you will act as the primary interface between customers and external service providers, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service outcomes, and alignment with global strategies. What you do
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and manage escalations with service providers.
- Provide input to service delivery meetings to guide regional decision-making and align with customer demands.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve service-related issues and ensure seamless integration of services.
- Drive service delivery planning and ensure smooth transitions for new or evolving services.
- Work closely with local service managers and global service teams to align delivery with regional needs.
- Act as a communication bridge between regional and global teams to align service delivery with global strategies.
- Support local Service Delivery Managers in resolving singular complaints and claims, managing escalations with providers when necessary.
What you bring
- Deep understanding of IT products, processes, and services, including their lifecycle.
- Strong customer relationship management and supplier management skills.
- Ability to drive budget planning and cost-effective service design.
- Demonstrated ability to align regional operations with global strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +4 years of experience or extensive experience in regional service management or similar roles.
- Proven track record in managing service delivery and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English. Other languages are highly valuable.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical use
