About the Job
As SAP HCM expert you will be part of an IT agile team focused to maintain/develop HR local systems for Allianz Spain and Allianz Portugal entities.
You must be able to analyze, estimate, develop and test any of HR requirements about modules below detailed.
What you do
- End-to-end management an resolution of non-payroll topics related to local system (SAP HCM) incidents, developments and new legal requirements.
- Act as first level support for SuccessFactors-SAP interface issues and as second level for SuccessFactors data issues (IT link between local HRs and Central IT).
What you bring
- 6+ years of SAP HCM experience focused on ABAP, SF-SAP interface, ALEs, Fiori, Roles/Permissions. Demonstrated experience in PA, OM modules (SAP HCM)
- Agile mindset, agile methodology experience and knowledge in iterative incremental delivery.
- SuccessFactors first level knowledge as advanced user (EC module mostly but also appreciated for REC/ONB, LMS, PM, TM, roles, add-ons)
- Experience in an international and Agile environment desirable.
- Nice-to-have: 3+ years of SAP HCM experience focused on Time management and 3+ years of SAP HCM experience focused on Payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences as well as fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or other relevant fields or degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic knowledge in AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
