Salesforce - Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

About the Job

Allianz Technology is bringing more operating entities onto Salesforce under central governance ahead of a major transition wave. We're looking for someone to own onboarding readiness — turning incomplete, evolving requirements into a working plan, and driving it without waiting for full definition from the top down.

What you do

• Build and maintain the onboarding roadmap for incoming operating entities and business units.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, running fit-gap analysis where needed.
• Coordinate stakeholders on scope, timeline, and readiness — including security and compliance prerequisites before go-live.
• Apply structured intake and governance practices: scoping, prioritization, and change control.
• Track dependencies and flag risk to program leadership before they become blockers.
• Partner with the platform service owner on governance and handover into steady-state operations.

What you bring

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Program/Project Manager on enterprise CRM platforms, with working knowledge of Salesforce governance: security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.
• Experience with structured intake and change control in a compliance-sensitive environment.
• Autonomous and self-directed — able to own ambiguous scope and drive it forward independently.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams, translating between the two with precision
• Ready to start immediately
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant); Insurance or financial services experience; Multi-entity, multi-country rollout experience.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
