About the Job
As a Scrum Master at Allianz, you will play a key role in driving agile methodologies and principles within our global Contact Center Services teams, collaborating across Spain, Germany, and India. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams to higher levels of agile maturity, and promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a servant leader, you will remove impediments, ensure team harmony, and support the delivery of high-value outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the organization’s Agile strategy by mentoring teams and stakeholders on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What you do
- Facilitate Scrum events and team collaboration workshops.
- Coach teams to improve agile maturity and embrace an agile mindset.
- Establish and report on agile metrics to enhance team effectiveness and customer value.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, planning, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other Agile teams, Agile coaches, and Tribe Leads to ensure alignment.
- Remove team-level impediments to maintain focus on high-value work.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within teams and the organization.
What you bring
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in multinational software development.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and agile practices (e.g., Kanban, Lean, TDD, DevOps).
- Experience in facilitating hybrid, remote, and in-person sessions.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and EasyBI; certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Positive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Intercultural skills to thrive in an international environment.
