Security & Resilience Control Manager

The Security & Resilience Control Manager holds a key role within global Allianz Technology Security & Resilience Function, led by the Allianz Technology Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Job Description

• Acts as an accelerator to support Allianz technology Information Security & Resilience mission critical projects
• To provide consulting, support and internal services in Security and Resilience governance
• Focus the needs of present and future -potential requirements in Security & Resilience governance
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in established Information Security processes and propose enhancements from both a conceptual and implementation perspective. Foster interdepartmental collaboration and actively lead the implementation of these improvements.
• Support Allianz Technology in cybersecurity and regulatory audits.
• Independent oversight reporting and measures to strengthen the quality of Security and Resilience governance 
• Continuous development of expertise by building diversified capabilities as Information security consultants and explore internal service requirements
• Pro-actively foster collaboration among Security & Resilience Control roles across organizational entities at Allianz Technology SE globally together with OEs of Allianz Group and Group Center Security
• Supporting the Identification and reporting information security risks, vulnerabilities and other exposure
• Collaborate with the GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) roles and use the GRC tool to create transparency and reports
• Design and deployment of governance frameworks for existing and new IS processes.
• Apply expertise in process mapping tools like Adonis to visualize and optimize security processes and workflows.
• Develop mitigation strategies and provide appropriate advice to solve existing issues and prevent future issues

Job Requirements

• You must possess and demonstrate the ability to work fully independently and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information,  volatile situations, uncertainty and ambiguity.
• You must possess and demonstrate the ability of GROWTH mindset instead of FIXED mindset
• Understanding the security governance, operations and technical platforms in an enterprise organization
• 12+ years of experience in the field of information security operations, governance and project management is must.
• Very good knowledge / Certification with in the area of IT such as ITIL , COBIT and any of the IS areas such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) /CISM/ ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Knowledge in Service Now Request and Project management modules
• Have curiosity and learn new trends in Information Security and regulations such as BaFin, EU- TIBER, VAIT, DORA, GDPR etc
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to integrate into and manage projects with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Expert in PMI Project Management methodology applied to IT/IS projects.
• Expert in Agile work management methodologies and tools (Jira).
• Expert in Business Process Modelling using BPM tools such as ADONIS
• Knowledge in TOGAF based Business/IT/IS Architecture design using ArchiMate methodology is desirable .
• Proficiency in GRC tools such as RSA Archer,
• Knowledge in GenAI tools and their application in the Security & Resilience field.
• Bachelor of Science in either Information Technology or Information Security or comparable education
• Very fluent in English language (business communication)
