Our experienced teams support Allianz operating entities in key strategic projects. What you do

• Support Allianz Operating entities in finance transformation projects, including SAP implementation.
• Enable the integration of the Financial Posting Gateway with ERP and surrounding systems to ensure smooth data flows.
• Design SAP GL processes that enhance workflows and master data management.
• Oversee and support in implementation of direct interfaces and feeder systems.
• Support design, alignment and ongoing improvements for Onboarding operating entities into SAP GL.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and security departments to customize roles according to business needs.
• Design SAP CO processes for efficient cost allocation and management whilst also supporting decision-making for core financial processes to boost operations.

What you bring

• Degree in finance, accounting or a related field with certifications in SAP (such as SAP Certified Application Associate) and possible project management certifications (like PMP) would be beneficial.
• Experience in Consulting in Strategic and large scale international projects with a strong foundation in accounting principles, including expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and the application of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) within SAP.
• Knowledge of insurance accounting, finance processes and regulations and demonstrated expertise in the SAP FI-GL (General Ledger) module, with a solid grasp of the processes.
• Experience with Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) backed by skills in financial modeling.
• Exhibit strategic decision-making capabilities for core financial processes and strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities, particularly in translating Allianz-specific contexts to SAP solutions, able to break down and communicate complex ideas.
• Foster a culture of robust and supportive teamwork, effectively managing interactions with diverse stakeholders and partnerships to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
• Excellent presentation skills, with a track record of leading training sessions and workshops is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
