What You Do:

• Lead the development of complex and scalable solutions in SAP Datasphere, ensuring data quality and consistency across various sources and systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design high-performance SAP Datasphere solutions.
• Implement data governance processes and monitor SAP Datasphere performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and issues.
• Participate in international projects and provide post-go-live support, including handling incidents and change requests.
• Provide technical support and guidance during and after implementation, conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Create and maintain documentation, generating reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Proven 2-3 years of experience in SAP Datasphere, with a strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data governance principles.
• ETL knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with global clients and stakeholders, with fluent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment within a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Experience in integrating AI tools into daily workflows for enhanced productivity.

Preferred Skills:

• Preferred experience with SAP BW, SAC, HANA, or other SAP data management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
• Certification in SAP Datasphere or related SAP technologies is a plus.
• Databricks knowledge is a plus.
