About the Job

As a Senior Expert in Cultural Change Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative cultural initiatives within Allianz Technology. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of inclusivity, adaptability, and innovation across the organization. You will lead efforts to embed cultural change strategies that align with Allianz Technology's global vision, ensuring that our organizational culture evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our business and employees.

 

What you do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cultural change strategies that support Allianz Technology’s global priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and resilience, ensuring successful adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Allianz Group, branches, and global business lines to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess cultural trends, employee sentiment, and organizational health, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Actively participate in the execution of cultural change initiatives, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented and deliver tangible results. These initiatives can look from designing and facilitating workshops, partnership with the upskilling to create programs that meet the needs, enable habits creation, etc.
  • Develop high-impact communication strategies and materials to effectively convey cultural change initiatives to diverse audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cultural change, integrating innovative approaches into Allianz Technology’s strategies.

 

What you bring

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in cultural change, organizational development, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
  • Strong strategic vision and hands-on mentality, managing end-to-end projects and initiatives from the design to the execution, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills and ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change with multiple regions and business lines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Flexible and innovative mindset - familiarity with AI technologies and their practical applications is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and strategic communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
