About the Job
As a Senior Expert in Employee Experience & Engagement, you will strategically lead initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and listening within Allianz Technology. Your role is pivotal in shaping a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and empowerment, ensuring that our employees are heard and valued.

You will also oversee high-impact projects with a strong focus on operational excellence and process efficiency, collaborating closely with branches, Allianz Group, and other global business lines/Allianz OEs to ensure alignment. Your expertise in project management, initiative follow-up, and executive-level presentation preparation will be critical in influencing senior stakeholders, driving transformation, and delivering measurable results.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategy: Develop and implement employee experience and engagement strategies aligned with Allianz Technology’s global priorities.
  • Employee Listening: Enhance feedback mechanisms (such as AES, Pulses, and Great Place to Work certifications) and other listening programs, ensuring insights are actionable and integrated into business strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end planning, coordinate execution, and tracking of initiatives/Action Plans; ensure timely follow-up, measurable outcomes, and seamless delivery.
  • Executive Communications: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials for senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, branches, and global business lines (OES, Group) to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze engagement metrics, feedback trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cultural enhancements.
  • Training & Enablement: Facilitate workshops and capability-building programs to strengthen engagement and leadership effectiveness.
  • Operational Focus: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive process improvement initiatives across teams

 

What You Bring

  • Proven expertise in employee experience, engagement strategies, and change management.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and strategic communications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Track record of delivering operational and process efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change with multiple regions and business lines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to drive engagement at all levels.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical applications is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, business operations, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
