We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Business Partner who will provide HR consultancy and advice to managers within the organization across various areas while facilitating the execution of HR solutions that align with the growth of AZ Services Spain and its overall strateg
 

What you will do:

  • Serve as a strategic partner and primary contact for line managers, C-level executives, and business leaders in AZ Services Spain / AZ Consulting Spain regarding HR tasks, processes, and tools, while promoting awareness of relevant interdependencies.
  • Assist and advise managers in effectively resolving employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns as needed.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on all work-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external counsels as required.
  • Work closely with Centers of Expertise within AZ Services globally to enhance performance management and talent management initiatives for AZS Spain Office / AZ Consulting Spain.
  • Lead and manage recruitment efforts in close partnership with the Center of Expertise for Recruiting and coordinate with the Mobility team on relevant cases.
  • Support the business in various HR processes, including rewards, performance, grading, talent development, annual compensation/performance reviews, ensuring processes are well established.
  • Advise and facilitate the integration of HR considerations within change management and projects related to Allianz Services and Allianz Group.
  • Play an active role in rolling out regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
  • Effectively maintain and manage all HR documentation and data in collaboration with HR Services.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR industry trends and developments.
  • Recommend and review new policies, adapting them to the Spanish market, and provide guidance to employees and management on interpreting personnel policies, programs, and procedures as necessary

 

What you bring:

  • Ideally, 8+ years of HR experience (including at least 5 years as an HR business partner), preferably within a global organization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude, ready to engage in hands-on work.
  • Experience in at least one other HR specialty area, such as recruiting, learning and development, or talent management.
  • A strong comfort level with numerical data and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities coupled with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • A solution-oriented mindset.
  • Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and performing well under pressure.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent digital proficiency; adept in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a matrix and multinational environment is preferable.
  • An interest in Gen AI topics such as chat GPT or Copilo
