We at Allianz Technology are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager as part of our global Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, contributing to the long-term success of strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our business.

 

In this role, you will be at the forefront of change, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors. . The scope covers change advisory of strategic initiatives, capability building towards increased organizational maturity with the aim of ensuring business success and people engagement.

 

What you do

  • Design and implement change management strategies tailored to specific needs of the change initiatives as well as identify, analyze and manage key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and engagement throughout the change process.
  • Assess organizational readiness and the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems.
  • Develop mitigation plans for identified risks and resistance points and provide input, requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to promote awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor change adoption and effectiveness whilst also providing regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations.
  • Design and conduct workshops at all levels of the organization to facilitate change adoption and skill development.
  • Enable the organization to master continuous change by creating necessary capabilities in leading change; Maintain and evolve the Allianz Change Management Framework.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Change Management, Communication Sciences, Psychology, Economics, or similar with 6+ years of experience in Change Management related roles.
  • Strong Change Management industry knowledge, methodology and expertise about latest trends and tools  with strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
  • Workshop design and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English required, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to executive audiences.
  • High customer-orientation, business understanding, pragmatic and solution-focused approach with strong lateral leadership skills and empathy.
  • Experience working in a global organization with a diverse workforce, including cross-cultural awareness as well as being able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
