About the Job 

 

As an Incident Manager within the Service Delivery Management department at AZT for Allianz Partners, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing incidents across our systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that service disruptions are minimized and that our managed services in AzP are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintaining high service standards.

 

What you do

 

  • Manage incidents across our systems, coordinating with relevant teams for swift resolution.
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective incident resolution.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on incident management activities to stakeholders.

 

What you bring

 

  • Proven experience in incident management and service delivery within a complex IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of managed services and service delivery management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
