About the Job

 

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical IT Service Manager to join our team at Allianz. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery and support of our PowerBI service, aligning with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will manage and improve our PowerBI service management framework, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.

 

What you do 

 

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of PowerBI services, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement IT service management policies, processes, and procedures based on ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation, integration, and maintenance of IT services.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for service improvements and compliance with standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

 

What you bring 

 

  • Proven, hands-on experience in managing an IT service or projects, preferably with IT platforms in large enterprise setups.
  • Expertise in ITIL framework and best practices for IT Service Management.
  • Hands on experience with PowerBI life cycle management, technical onboarding of customers. MS Fabric knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure is a must have.
  • Open to drive the technical implementations along the technical stacks like authentication, compliance, security et
