Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a critical component of our Digital Resilience efforts. Developed through joint efforts among various Allianz entities, with Barcelona playing a crucial role, the TPRM framework is particularly guided by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

We are building a TPRM team in Barcelona responsible for offering, delivering, and managing the TPRM lifecycle as a service to Allianz Operational Entities. In doing so, we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Outsourcing or TPRM, although other related experiences (i.e., ICT Security, Contract Management, ERM) may also be considered.

 

What you do

  • Serve as a point of contact within the delivery center for risk queries, support and guidance whilst covering specific risk domains and ensuring up-to-date and effective support.
  • Manage and oversee the efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Policy across assigned entities within AZ Group.
  • Perform TPRM/Outsourcing assessments, including alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal and Security.
  • Contribute to and follow up on internal and external audits regarding Third Party Risk Management and prepare Third Party Vendor management-related reports/dashboards and report to senior management.
  • Ensure the TPRM/outsourcing inventory of all third-party/outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the TPRM/outsourcing process (e.g., Risk Assessment, Business Plan, Due Diligence, BoM approvals) is managed and adequately in place.
  • Plan and facilitate the completion of all Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPRM Service Providers across the TPRM/Outsourcing Lifecycle; own the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance process over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results; ensure adequate reporting.

 

What you bring

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in different areas of risk management: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, business risk. Relevant experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Outsourcing Management, Contact Management Vendor Management or Procurement would be a great plus.
  • University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and to manage goals in hypothetic situations with unclear formal structure; proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems.
  • Ability to develop and execute plans to deliver quality results on time. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and open to new learning opportunities.
  • Team player with the ability to work individually and in virtual international teams, share information, and support colleagues; international experience is a plus. Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
