About the Job
Third-party service providers have the potential to expose the company to a wide range of risks, like operational, information security, reputational, legal, financial or strategic risk. To ensure we protect our reputation, people and business, the TPRM function manages Third-Party Service Providers at Allianz Technology and their associated risks in accordance with the Allianz Technology Outsourcing Policy and underlying standards and guidelines.
The TPRM team is part of the Chief Operation Office, Digital Resilience pillar in Allianz Technology. It is the team who is in charge of control and mitigate risk with leading IT industry vendors, which include outsourcing providers, key service providers and also cloud service providers. These vendors have the potential to expose the company to a wide range of risks, like operational, information security, reputational, legal, financial or strategic risk. The team is aligned with most relevant international regulations, including E.U. Digital Operations Resilience Act.
You will have the opportunity to join this international team located in Munich, Barcelona and India and support the team in their day-to-day.
What you do
- Assist the Digital Resilience TPRM team with various activities related with third-party contract risk classification, DORA classification, third party due diligence tasks with world class IT vendors
- Learn contract related activities such as updating and complete the contract classification, contract inventory, and contract risk tiering in our corporate management tools.
- Support with the evaluation third party documentation with respect to vendor conformance standards, like ISO27001.
- Work with other areas, including Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance and Governance, as well as other group functions like Sourcing and Procurement.
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Law, Management or IT Legal; You are at an advanced stage or in the last year of your studies.
- Experience in Policy Development, Compliance Standards & Contract Negotiation.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools, SharePoint.
- Experience in working with international projects/teams.
- Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset with a high degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility and ability to work autonomously.
- You can start immediately.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
