Role Purpose:

The Tribe Lead is responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary tribe, aligning product strategy with technical execution, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring continuous delivery of value to customers. In this case for Policy and Claims Management Domains in a Global Line

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the tribe’s vision and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders (Organization Management and Business Owner)
  • Coordinate multiple squads to ensure strategic and operational alignment
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles to progress
  • Monitor performance metrics and business outcomes
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology, and product teams

Requirements

  • Insurance KnowledgeProven experience leading agile teams.
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
  • High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
