About the Job:
As a Virtual OE Delivery Lead, you will act as the operational backbone of the BMP Claims ART, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery execution in a fully virtual and distributed environment. This role bridges strategic objectives with day‑to‑day delivery, bringing clarity, structure, and transparency across complex, cross‑cutting activities such as PI planning, sprint execution, release governance, vendor coordination, quality enablement, and AI tooling adoption.
Working closely with Product Suite Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, the Release Train Engineer, and external delivery partners, you will ensure that delivery commitments are tracked, risks are surfaced early, dependencies are actively managed, and governance processes are consistently applied. You will play a key role in maintaining delivery discipline at scale while continuously improving ways of working across the Claims programme.
What you do:
- Own and run sprint and PI delivery reporting, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, spill‑overs, infrastructure impacts, and next steps to ART and business stakeholders.
- Lead spill‑over analysis and re‑planning activities, ensuring impacts are assessed, communicated, and documented with full context.
- Perform PI scope and feasibility analysis, challenging over‑commitment and supporting realistic, achievable delivery planning.
- Act as the primary coordination point with Accenture and other delivery partners, ensuring clear ownership boundaries, alignment on scope, and timely issue resolution.
- Own pre‑production release governance, managing approval processes, fast‑track deployments, and environment readiness.
- Track and escalate environment and infrastructure issues, coordinating with platform teams to minimize delivery disruption.
- Enable quality across the delivery lifecycle, including smoke testing, UAT coordination, exploratory testing, and requirements gap tracking.
- Maintain strong Jira hygiene and epic validation practices to ensure accurate reporting and traceability.
- Drive adoption of AI tooling (e.g. ClaudeCode), monitoring usage, costs, readiness, and supporting AI‑assisted delivery improvements.
- Provide global OE support coordination, ensuring tickets are routed, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs across time zones.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in delivery, release, or operational leadership roles within large‑scale Agile or SAFe environments.
- Strong understanding of PI planning, sprint execution, release governance, and cross‑team dependency management.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing multi‑party delivery models.
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to keep a macro, end‑to‑end delivery view.
- Confidence working in complex, distributed, and fully virtual environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience working with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting frameworks.
- Interest in and practical exposure to AI tooling adoption within delivery or operational contexts is a strong plus.
