About the Job 

We are looking for someone proactive with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset to join our Wellbeing, Health & Safety team and support internal initiatives related to employee wellbeing, health and workplace safety.

 

What you do

  • Assist with the management and follow-up of occupational health and safety documentation.
  • Support the organization and coordination of trainings, workshops, campaigns, and internal events.
  • Analyze data and KPIs related to wellbeing and Health & Safety.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote safe and healthy working environments.
  • Provide operational and administrative support.

 

 

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a master degree in Health and Safety.
  • Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Ability to carry out tasks and projects independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a creative mindset and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
