Working Student in Enterprise Architecture (m/f/d)

About the Job

The Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Global Enterprise Architecture team. You will support the Allianz Technology Enterprise Architecture Team across governance activities, the testing and specification of EA internal tools and AI plugins, and community sessions and internal communications. 

What you do

• Support the scheduling, coordination, and follow-up of architecture governance review sessions. 
• Create and manage governance tickets, and help automate parts of this process using AI tools. 
• Track action items and decisions with stakeholders, keeping decision logs and governance records up to date. 
• Try out new EA internal tools and AI plugins, giving and receiving structured feedback to help shape what gets built next. 
• Help write and review specifications for new tool features using Spec-Driven Development methodologies (e.g. SDD, OpenSpec) before they are built. 
• Support the planning and execution of global architecture community sessions, from webinar setup to presenter coordination. 
• Design and produce architecture newsletters and engaging visual content, and keep community pages and event calendars up to date.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields.
• Available for an internship period of up to 6 months.
• Good written and verbal English (B2 level minimum). Additional languages (Spanish) are nice to have but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or similar). Willingness to learn and use AI tools for communications and documentation.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team player. Comfortable working in multicultural environments with curiosity to explore new digital tools and platforms, and comfort giving and receiving structured feedback.
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of architecture modelling notation (e.g., ArchiMate); Understanding of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT governance concept; Experience with knowledge management or ticketing platforms; Basic graphic design skills; Basic scripting or programming exposure (e.g. Python).
