Workplace Services Commercial Management Internship (m/f/d)

Join Allianz Technology as an Intern in Workplace Services Commercial Management and gain hands-on experience in financial operations and commercial management within a global organization. As part of the Workplace Services (WPS) Division, you will work closely with commercial managers to support financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and vendor/customer management. What you do

• Support the commercial managers in streamlining and executing operational activities as well as performing financial analysis and reporting for the assigned services
• Support and enable the annual strategic cost and revenue planning with our customers, the Operating Entities of Allianz Group worldwide
• Responsibility for sub-projects in the area of commercial management including process/tool design/improvement and internal problem-solving
• Support the preparation and follow-up of top management meetings
• Support the preparation of P&L reporting and the resolution/tracking of commercial issues

What you bring

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and basic SAP skills is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical applications.
• Currently enrolled on a final year/course at a public/private university or institution and you're able to sign an internship agreement
