Job role

 

We see high potential for further growth in Sweden and we have an immediate need to strengthen the sales team in Sweden with a Business Development Manager/Hunter.

The candidate shall primarily focus on hunting and delivering new clients to Allianz Trade, primary focus on medium to large Swedish companies, which preferably has an international business set-up (HQ in Sweden with export sales). Moreover, focus is on directly contacting potential new clients

 

 

 

Key responsibilities/What you do

•    Identifying/prospecting new business opportunities in line with the company’s distribution strategy

•    Generating new leads and acquire new customers as explained in the Job Role description. 

•    Deliver the assigned sales targets according to budget assigned to the Business Development Manager

 

 

 

Key requirements/What you bring

Your personal qualifications are extremely important to us, and you should therefore be able to recognize the following:

•    Bachelor degree holder or equivalent

•    Prior experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling (min. 3 years) with proven sales track record of closing deals with medium- and large Swedish companies. 

•    Basic knowledge of corporate finance, credit management and trade finance related banking products

•    Ability to build and maintain relationship:

  •   (ie. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skills with client top management )

•    Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.

•    Self driven with ability to work independently

•    Motivated by working with fixed goals and by creating results

•    Team player with positive energy and passion for sales

•    Valid driver’s license and willing to travel in the region in Sweden

•    Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English. Proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus
