Job Purpose:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the organization. This role will provide day-to-day support for marketing communications, content creation, social media, brand management, and stakeholder requests. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with content development for social media, email communications, internal communications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain marketing content calendars and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary marketing support resource for agents, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, coordinating requests and ensuring timely delivery of marketing solutions.
  • Schedule and publish approved social media content and assist with monitoring performance.
  • Support email marketing activities, including campaign creation, distribution, and reporting.
  • Support brand management efforts by ensuring consistency across communications, marketing materials, digital channels, and stakeholder-facing assets.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain marketing templates, asset libraries, and shared resources.
  • Support marketing events, campaigns, and other departmental initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with reporting, project tracking, and general marketing administration.
  • Manage promotional item requests, branded merchandise inventory, and distribution to support marketing campaigns, events, agents, and stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content management tools.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and similar technologies) to support content creation, communications, research, project coordination, and marketing workflow efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, collaboration tools, and marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Passion for marketing, communications, and brand management.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support a variety of stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Total compensation range:

$65,000 - $75,000

 

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
