What you do

 

计划编制和执行
- 为所负责银行渠道制定年度目标及行动方案,并使之通过评审;
- 每月对目标达成情况进行回顾,审查是否需要修改,并提出相应的解决方案;
- 对该渠道业绩达成保持跟踪并提供改进方案,追踪该银行的目标达成。

业务关系发展
- 协助主管促进并拓展全国范围内与银行的合作关系;
- 支持各分公司推动与各分行的业务发展并协调各分公司业务推动合作中的问题;
根据公司产品策略,及时完善和补充银行合作产品线,确保业务正常推进。

业务分析推动
- 制定银行年度目标,根据业务节奏制定合理的追踪体系,推进目标达成;
- 每月收集、分析同业产品信息及竞争者合作信息,提出建议,提高安联竞争优势;
- 结合公司资源,制定银行销售推动活动,促进业务目标达成。

客户服务
- 不断提高合作银行服务质量和客户满意度;
- 风险管理,企业文化与道德标准;
- 确保公司的道德规范在商业活动中得到彻底执行。

主管分配的其他工作任务。

 

What you bring

 

- 大学本科及以上学历;
- 3年以上保险业相关经验,其中1年以上一线销售经验,银保渠道销售经验优先;
- 具备人工智能相关的技能者优先。
