Job Purpose

We are looking for Bancassurance Sales Advisors to join our company. The job holders will be responsible for the commercial support and development of the Bank Branch Network.
They will drive growth and increase penetration of insurance solutions through branches systematic support, relationship strengthening with bank partners, training delivery, performance monitoring, and fostering of the commercial strategy.
The role reports to the Sales Manager.

 

What you will do

  • Support designated Bank Branch Netowrk with to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day collaboration with branch teams, acting as the primary point of contact for insurance solutions and sales-related topics
  • Provide guidance and commercial support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in identifying opportunities, as well as leveraging clients portfolio
  • Organize and deliver training sessions, product presentations, and joint client visits to enhance product knowledge and conversion rates
  • Monitor key KPIs, analyze branches performance, and propose targeted improvement actions
  • Contribute to the rollout of new initiatives, campaigns, and activities to increase insurance product penetration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless branch support and effective handling of client or process-related topics
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding Network daily interactions

 

What you bring

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset
  • 5+ years of proven experience in training, sales enablement or sales roles (preferably in Insurance, Banking or Financial services)
  • Experience supporting or developing branch networks, and monitoring commercial performance
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage KPIs to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • High technical fluency in Greek and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
