What you do
1. 根据业务发展的要求,定期对区部所有销售渠道的各项KPI进行追踪和分析,并编制月度KPI分析报告, 完成区部日常会议的分析报告,如双周业务例会、公司双周业务主管会、亚太会议所需要的数据分析报告的整合和汇总;
2. 根据部门的统一策略,设计具体的业务推动方案,并定期分析竞赛推动的实施效果;
3. 定期安排区部业务督导会,追踪各机构的业务达成情况。并针对不同维度对于机构的业务情况进行深入分析、 业绩喜报的群播报,鼓舞销售团队的士气和动力;
4. 负责渠道业务数据库的建立和维护,并保证数据的及时性和准确性;
5. 配合公司市场部组织的市场活动,在区部内部协调各销售渠道做好活动方案制定和活动衔接,推动渠道的业务增长;
6. 负责渠道业务数据库的建立和维护,并保证数据的及时性和准确性;根据渠道的业务节奏和追踪需要,及时跟MIS部门沟通,设计和维护相关业务追踪报表
7. 负责销售管理岗所有档案材料的管理和维护,行销辅助品的管理;
8. 负责上级领导交办的其它工作。
What you bring
1. 本科及以上学历,金融/保险相关专业优先考虑;
2. 2年以上保险行业相关工作经验,有渠道工作经验者优先考虑;
3. 具备销售企划、业务推动经验,以及项目组织能力;
4. 中英文综合性报告撰写能力突出,有较强的定性、定量分析能力;
5. 有一定的同业交流联络网;
6. 熟练的英文口语和书面语言表达;
7. 有一定的数理统计分析能力,并擅长运用相关电脑软件工具。
