What you do

 

1. 搜集合作伙伴各渠道和分公司的需求,结合公司内部政策,推动产品开发、产品包装、产品相关服务升级和销售工具设计等;并对在售产品进行定期管理以及在各渠道进行产品推动;

2. 了解同业市场的产品动态,包括但不限于热门产品、创新产品、产品配套服务、产品规则和产品推广活动等,并定期研究形成报告;

3. 根据要求定期对银保、经代的各项KPI进行追踪和分析,并编制月度KPI分析报告;

4. 根据部门的统一策略,设计销售人员和业务管理人员基本法,并定期分析基本法的实施效果,优化基本法;

5. 根据部门的统一策略,制定人力招募计划方案,推动分公司人力招募;

6. 根据渠道的业务节奏、销售人员考核需要,设计追踪报表,定期对销售人员进行业绩预警追踪;

7. 挖掘优秀人员招募案例、人员管理模式或管理案例,归纳整理,并予推广;

8. 负责上级领导交办的其它工作。 

 

What you bring

 

1. 本科及以上学历,金融/保险相关专业优先考虑;

2. 3年以上保险行业相关工作经验,有渠道工作经验者优先考虑;

3. 具备销售企划、业务推动经验,以及项目组织能力;

4. 中英文综合性报告撰写能力突出,有较强的定性、定量分析能力;

5. 有一定的同业交流联络网;

6. 相关知识要求:熟练的英文口语和书面语言表达,有一定的数理统计分析能力并擅长运用相关软件工具。
