What you do

 

1. 协助经代负责人对目标经代公司及其合作公司情况、销售产品、业务、规模、客户群体、品质风控管理等信息进行全面调研分析和对比评估,明确我司市场定位,制定我司经营和销售策略;

2. 维护良好的总对总经代公司的合作关系,维护和做好定期尽职调查、合约管理、产品协议、佣金结算,指导并管控分公司为主体的经代签约合作协议;

3. 协助经代负责人充分利用内、外部资源和政策,通过产品策略、激励方案、市场活动、专业培训、销售工具等推动业务,以销售过程的精细化管理来督导分公司业务,确保各项关键经营指标的达成;

4. 与后援部门的有效沟通及合作,协调优化新单、保全、回执、回访、续期、财务收付费等流程、制度和规则,保障业务顺利平稳进行,提高业务品质和效率。及时协调处理各机构售前、售后的特殊业务需求,确保销售端和客户的满意度;

5. 做好销售品质控制、风险排查和预警,落实销售行为可回溯管理、投诉案件处理、单证管理、销售人员品质和问题件管理,追踪和监控银保回执回访、犹豫期撤保等指标,采取对应有力措施管控住风险。认真执行监管和公司内部的法规、政策以及风控合规项目,确保银保业务的品质和合规。

 

What you bring

 

1. 本科及以上学历,保险、工商管理、优先考虑;

2. 至少有3年金融业相关从业经验;

3. 具有经代/银保渠道相关的销售支持和销售管理经验的人员优先;

4. 良好的英文口语和书面语言表达;

5. 较强的定性、定量分析工作能力。
