What you do

1. 培训课程实施

- 根据培训负责人的安排，进行指定课程的教授；

- 给与分公司或其他讲师培训，支持分公司讲师的教授资格和课程认证；

- 给与安联合作伙伴业务区部员工、以及合作银行、经代公司培训和支持；

- 不断提高自身课程设计和教授能力。

2. 培训课程开发和维护

- 协助分公司讲师识别培训需求，给到对应的培训建议；

- 按要求协助开发设计培训课程/材料；

- 识别市场和实际操作变化带来的现有培训课程修订，给到修正方案。

3. 沟通与协作

- 定期与分公司一线及培训同事交流，以保证分公司了解规划中的活动内容；

- 收集培训反馈，有效进行授课内容的更新和改进；

4. 风险管理和规范

- 确保培训内容和培训活动符合公司规范，符合公司企业文化要求。

5. 合作关系管理

- 与合作银行、经代公司的相关对接人员建立友好协作关系；

- 和其他部门保持高效的沟通和协作。

6. 知识共享

- 积极地促进和推动团队内部知识共享。

7. 主管分配的其他工作任务。

What you bring

1. 大学本科及以上学历；

2. 至少有6年保险业从业经验，其中至少4年培训讲师经验；

3. 能在多元文化环境下工作，银行或保险从业经历优先；

4. 具有撰写和设计培训材料、教授课程的经验；

5. 了解不同的培训体系。
