AI Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

About the Job:
We are seeking an Expert AI Fullstack engineer with a strong front-end focus to support the One Marketing project at Allianz Technology Thailand. You will implement and maintain front-end libraries and platform capabilities used by global product teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and accessibility. Your work centers on Angular and TypeScript for component libraries and design-system assets, with occasional contributions to BFF or full-stack tasks. You will collaborate closely with English-speaking, cross-functional teams, contribute to open-source initiatives such as ng-aquila, and apply AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance developer experience.

What You Do:

• Extend, maintain, and evolve a shared UI component library used by 1,000+ developers, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across projects.
• Build advanced Angular (v17+) features and patterns, ensuring WCAG AA accessibility, robust state management (e.g., NGRx), and high performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Angular Schematics or similar tooling; contribute to developer platform workflows and templates.
• Partner with stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Engineering) to extend the frontend platform and integrate low-code capabilities for rapid app development.
• Provide third-level support and onboarding guidance to product teams; coordinate seamless versioned updates across Allianz.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging; develop comprehensive unit/e2e tests to assure reliability, performance, and functionality.
• Document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices; contribute to open-source libraries (e.g., https://github.com/allianz/ng-aquila).
• Collaborate with BFF/backend teams on API contracts and integrations; safeguard security and privacy-by-design.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate implementation, generate tests, improve documentation, and support refactoring with proper verification.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Angular and TypeScript, including components, services, routing, dependency injection; strong Angular CLI and Schematics experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade UI component libraries/design systems with WCAG AA accessibility.
• Proficiency with automated testing (e.g., Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD practices to assure quality at scale.
• Strong Git fundamentals and collaboration practices; excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics quickly, support cross-team onboarding, and coordinate platform-wide updates.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
